Abstract | During the summer of 1976, the MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory sponsored a Student Science Training Program in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science for high ability secondary school students. This report describes, in some detail, the style of the program, the curriculum and the projects the students under-took. It is hoped that this document can serve not only as a report to the National Science Foundation, but also as an elaboration of the program ideas about what would constitute a model educational environment for high ability secondary school students.
